At TotooStitch, all products are delivered as digital PDF patterns.
Please review the following terms:

No Returns or Exchanges
As our products are digital files, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is completed.

Non-Refundable
All purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued after a digital file has been delivered or downloaded.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. All sales of gift cards are final.

Download Issues
If you experience technical issues when downloading your files, please contact us at totoostitch1224@gmail.com
 and we will ensure you can access your purchase.

Duplicate Purchases
In the case of an accidental duplicate purchase, please reach out within 7 days. We will review your request and may offer a resolution at our discretion.
