All products on totoostitch.com are digital downloads. No physical items are produced or shipped. There are no shipping fees, no waiting for delivery, and no customs or import charges. Please note that for digital goods, VAT (Value Added Tax) applies to orders from the EU and the UK and will be collected at checkout.

 

How you receive your files

Once your payment is confirmed, a download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct before completing your purchase, as this is the only way your files will be delivered.

The download link is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. Please download and save your files within this period. We recommend storing them in a safe location such as your computer or cloud storage.

Please also check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email shortly after purchase.

No physical shipping

We do not offer physical versions of our patterns and are unable to ship any items to a postal address. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach us at Contact.
