Digital Product Policy
Digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable. However, if you accidentally purchase the same item twice,please contact me and I’ll help resolve the issue.
Credit Card & PayPal Payment
You can pay securely via PayPal or Credit Card. Even without a PayPal account, you can check out with your credit card: select PayPal at checkout, then choose “Pay with Credit or Debit Card” and enter your card details—no PayPal account required.
⚠️ If the option doesn’t appear, try clearing cookies or switching browsers. In some regions, PayPal may still require login due to security checks.
Where to Get Materials
You can download the material list from each pattern page. Our shop only sells PDF patterns.
On the last page of the instruction PDF, you’ll also find links to trusted shops. You can also join our Facebook group for recommendations from other stitchers.
Custom Designs
Sorry, I’m unable to take custom orders at the moment due to my full-time job. But if you have a theme in mind, feel free to tell me! I’ll try to include it in future designs--for free. Just email me your ideas!
Understanding Symbols & Stitches
Having trouble with symbols or specialty stitches? Don’t worry! You can email me directly or post in our Facebook group. I’ll answer there, and the community is always happy to help too!
Why has my download link expired?
Your purchase of a TOTOOSTITCH pattern remains valid, and you do not lose access rights to the pattern simply because a download link has expired.
Download links are provided to deliver your files after purchase and may expire after a period of time due to the limitations of our digital delivery system. For this reason, we recommend downloading and saving a backup copy of your files to your computer or personal cloud storage when you receive your order.
If your download link has expired and you need access to your purchased files again, please contact us with your order number. We will be happy to verify your purchase and assist you whenever possible.
Is this a digital or physical product?
This is a digital PDF cross stitch pattern. No physical items will be shipped.

Can I sell finished works made from this pattern?
Finished pieces stitched from this pattern may be gifted or displayed, but commercial reproduction or resale of the pattern itself is not permitted.
