All products sold on totoostitch.com are digital downloads (cross-stitch patterns in PDF or similar file format). Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues

Please check your files upon download and contact us immediately if you experience any of the following:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• The wrong file was delivered
• Pages or content are missing from the pattern

Non-refundable items

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Accidental purchases
• Items already downloaded
• Sale items or gift cards

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If you are located in the European Union, please note that under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has already begun downloading or has been accessed, provided you have given your explicit prior consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase, you confirm this consent.

 

 

Refunds

As all products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you experience a technical issue such as a corrupted or incorrect file, please contact us at Contact and we will resend the correct file to you promptly.
